Kinbridge services are built on a simple framework: prepare, facilitate, record. Each element is independent — families can use one, two, or all three depending on where they are in their process and what they find most useful.
The workshops sit at the start: they give families the vocabulary and tools to approach conversations more constructively. The facilitation sessions provide a structured, impartial environment for those conversations to happen. The documentation support turns what is agreed into a clear, shared written record.
None of the services require a commitment to the others. Each is complete on its own terms.

Family Communication Workshops

Facilitated, neutral educational sessions that help family members practise calmer conversations and shared decision-making. These are general skill-building sessions — not linked to any specific dispute or outcome. Participants work with tools and frameworks they can take home and continue using.

Mediation Facilitation Sessions

Structured, impartial facilitation where a neutral guide helps family members talk through shared arrangements at their own pace. The facilitator does not advise on outcomes or take sides — they hold the process, ask clarifying questions, and ensure every participant has a fair opportunity to speak.
