Why Families Choose Kinbridge

Our approach is built around one idea: that families deserve a calm, structured space to find their own way forward.

Genuinely Neutral

Our facilitators do not take sides, offer opinions, or steer outcomes. Every session remains in the hands of the people taking part.

Voluntary at Every Step

No one is pushed into any commitment. Participants can step back or pause at any point — there is no pressure to reach an outcome quickly.

Structured, Not Scripted

We provide a clear framework for conversations — so they stay on track — while leaving room for each family's own words and pace.

Confidential by Default

What is shared in sessions stays within the process. Families can speak openly knowing their conversations are handled with care and discretion.

Practical Tools Included

From printable conversation prompts to summary templates, our support materials give families something tangible to take away and use.

Bangkok-Based, Internationally Informed

Our team understands Bangkok's multicultural family landscape and works comfortably across cultures, languages, and family structures.

Common Questions

A few things families often ask before reaching out.

What is the difference between facilitation and professional advice?

Facilitation is about creating a structured space for conversations to happen. Our facilitators guide the process — asking questions, keeping things on track, and ensuring everyone has a chance to speak — but they do not advise on decisions, legal matters, or any specific outcome. Those choices remain entirely with your family.

Can I attend just one session to see if it feels right?

Yes. There is no requirement to commit to a programme in advance. Many families start with a single introductory session to understand the format and decide whether to continue. Sessions can be booked individually or as a series, depending on what suits you.

How long does a typical facilitation session run?

A standard session runs between 90 minutes and two hours. We build in a short break for longer sessions. Workshops are typically half-day formats. The pace within each session is set by the participants, not a fixed agenda.

What happens with the notes taken during a session?

Session notes summarise only what participants have explicitly agreed to record. These are shared back with all parties and are not passed on to any third party. The documentation support service helps organise these notes into a clear written record if that is something your family finds useful.

Are sessions conducted in English or Thai?

Sessions are available in both English and Thai, and we can accommodate bilingual families. Please mention your language preference when you get in touch so we can match you with the right facilitator.

How much do services cost and are packages available?

Communication Workshops start at ฿3,700 per session. Mediation Facilitation is ฿11,000 per session. Family Agreement Documentation Support is ฿27,500. Combined packages can be arranged — please contact us to discuss what suits your situation.
