1. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the family communication workshops, mediation facilitation sessions, and family agreement documentation support provided by Kinbridge.
- "User" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses our website or engages with our services.
- "We" / "us" / "our" refers to Kinbridge, operating from 76/5 Silom Road, Suriya Wong, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.
- "Content" refers to any materials, documents, notes, or resources provided during or following a service engagement.
- "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions as accepted by the user.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or booking any service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the capacity to enter a binding agreement. If you are booking on behalf of others, you represent that you have their consent to do so.
3. Service Description
Kinbridge provides general educational and facilitation services to individuals and family groups. These services are structured as follows:
- Family Communication Workshops: educational sessions focused on general communication skills, not linked to any specific dispute or matter.
- Mediation Facilitation Sessions: structured facilitation by a neutral guide to assist family conversation at the participants' own pace. No advice, legal guidance, or professional recommendation is provided.
- Family Agreement Documentation Support: assistance organising information that participants have already agreed upon into a written record. No professional, legal, or advisory service is offered.
Kinbridge does not provide legal advice, financial advice, professional counselling, or any service requiring a regulated operating licence. Nothing in our services should be interpreted as such.
4. Booking and Payment
- Services are booked by contacting us directly via telephone or email.
- Pricing is as published on our website and confirmed at the time of booking. All prices are in Thai Baht (THB).
- Payment is due prior to or at the time of each session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice will be rescheduled without penalty.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the session fee.
- Kinbridge reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary. In such cases, you will be offered an equivalent alternative with no additional charge.
6. Voluntary Participation
All Kinbridge services are entirely voluntary. No participant is required to continue beyond any single session. The facilitator will confirm voluntary participation at the outset of each session. Withdrawal from a session at any point does not entitle a participant to a refund of the session fee unless cancellation was made as set out in Section 5.
7. User Responsibilities
- You agree to engage with Kinbridge services in good faith and without the intention to harm, mislead, or misrepresent any other participant.
- You will not record sessions without the written consent of all parties, including the facilitator.
- You agree not to use any materials or documents provided by Kinbridge for any purpose that misrepresents their origin or nature.
- Any behaviour that disrupts the safety or voluntary nature of a session may result in Kinbridge suspending or ending that session.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Kinbridge — including printed tools, document templates, and session frameworks — are the intellectual property of Kinbridge and are provided under a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal use by named participants. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written permission.
9. Confidentiality
Session content is treated as confidential by Kinbridge. We will not disclose session notes or content to third parties without the written consent of all named participants, except where required by law. Participants are encouraged to maintain the same standard of confidentiality with respect to other participants' contributions.
10. Disclaimers
Kinbridge services are provided in good faith but without warranty of any specific outcome. Facilitation and education do not guarantee any particular result for families or individuals. Nothing in our services constitutes legal, psychological, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Participants are responsible for any decisions made following their engagement with Kinbridge.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Kinbridge's total liability arising from any service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from participation in our services.
12. Termination
Either party may end a service engagement at any time. Kinbridge reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where participant conduct is contrary to the voluntary and respectful nature of our approach. In such cases, any sessions already delivered are payable in full.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage parties to contact us first to attempt informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on our website. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
